As with most all of the nearly 40 schools that we have worked on for bond packages, we provided a full boundary and topographic survey for this site. This was necessary because the existing plans were not up to date and the architect could not design the necessary updates without an accurate base plan. We also provided layout for the pavement contractor on this site.

When ever possible we encourage bond administrators to include as-builts as part of the total bond package. As part of this package we provided as-built drawings after the site updates were completed in the field. This provides the most current information for school records and an excellent plan base for future updates.
