About Us

Urban Land Consultants was established in 1965 to provide land planning, civil engineering and land surveying services for projects and clients based in southeast Michigan. From the beginning our focus has been on providing the highest quality services and guidance for benefit of private sector clients. We have been located in Shelby Township for over four decades.

Our projects include residential, commercial, and industrial developments, along with specialty projects such as mixed use planned unit developments, entertainment parks, marinas, and golf course developments. Our service area is primarily Macomb and Oakland Counties, with a variety of projects also in Lapeer, Wayne and St. Clair Counties and other areas. Urban Land Consultants also offers services and consulting on a case-by-case basis throughout Michigan.
